A recent CBS NEWS poll hopefully dispels urban legends and myths.

Studies over the years are consistent with this study. Average length...are you ready for this? 5.6 inches and girth around 4 inches.  That's not width guys. Girth must be measured with a soft take measure the type a tailor or seamstress would use. The largest penis in a study of over 1600 men was 10.2 inches. That's why I chuckle when I read stories that say he had a 12" cock and as big around as a coke can. 8" and 5" around would be considered a very large cock. 10" is huge and 12" extremely rare and probably too big for most women. Race does not appear to be a factor. Just thought I'd share.  As I said several other websites confi red this study.

Finally someone expelling the false truths about penis size....there maybe some guys walking around with 10 or 12's but they are few and far between...and yes the porn industry capitalize on these exaggerated dick sizes when you have women claiming they want a 12 inch dick and in reality they're only built to take maybe 7 at the most...it just seems that in a fantasy world everyone is thinking that guys are just walking around with 10 plus as the norm lol

The problem with most studies are they rely on surveying, which means people might lie. The best study I saw was where they had random men (who only knew they were participating in a sex study, but not exactly what), had them strip down and had them make themselves erect (with porn) before they were measured by staffers. The Mode was 5.3 long and the mean was 5.7 with about 15% above 6" (and 3%, total, over 7.5", which puts 12% in 6-7.5 range) and 5% below 4.5. With 80% of people falling between 4.5 and 5.9. There was no difference with any race (regardless of the stereotypes of black or asian men, respectively). There are sexual myth that came around for whatever reason, and porn promotes them because these myths are what most people's fantasies are. I have had large black men, and I have had average black men. If more men knew facts they would be less ashamed of their size and also less likely to lie about it.
