Black minister in the north Tampa area
 

We are an older couple, have been married 21 years. I would like for us to renew our vows and have a black minister perform the service. Also since I now have e.d. have him consummate the marriage for us too. Does anyone know someone who might do this for us? Of course I would pay the minister for his services.
