It would be helpful to get her in conversation with a black man on a more social level. A guy you can meet out at the bar who will flirt with her and who you encourage her "participation".
Don't give her so much lead time to think about it, as it then has her feel "complicit". Ultimately she does not want the responsibility of having fucked someone else.

So when you ask her, are you ready? It just freaks her out as she feels like later you can turn around and say - well you did what you wanted to do.
That's her biggest fear - you changing your mind AFTER she's fucked someone!
