I don't know where your at in Germany but there are a few clubs in Germany that host B&W nights. The two that I know are Le Coq near Mainz and Quickies by Weinheim (Mannheim). Plus there are lots of house parties near K-Town, you can also check craigslist for casual encounters near your city.

My wife is up to about 25 BBC now and loves it. Have fun...:)
