Depends on the woman more than the skin tone. If she knows how to wash herself, is somewhat attractive, then I prefer high heeled sandals and bare feet. Puts me in heat every time.

For me, I require my hot wife sex partners to wear sexy Fuck Me high heels. Nothing gets me revved up than seeing a hot wife in open FM heels. Gotta have that on at the very least.
