I'm a man, and I simply enjoy someone with similar interests, and skin contrast. It's not really anything more than that when I've been with white women. I don't prefer them over other women, and definitely don't have any weird cuck fantasies.

There's a pretty wide gap between wanting simple sexual fulfillment and wanting a partner. The same women that'll eagerly use you for sex probably wouldn't want to be seen in public with you as part of a serious relationship, most of the time.
