To answer the OP's question, it because black men have taken over and ruined IR for a long time now. They have promoted this whole BBC thing until that seems to define iR now, with other combinations gone to the dogs.

To the OP, IR porn has changed a lot by today's standards and has constantly changed over the years. I think it is the white mans fault. Throughout the decades they have always put thier women on a pedestal with movies and the early editions of playboy portraying white female beauty.
