In terms of the sanctity of marriage, yes, it's wrong to have sex with others if you're married because it violates the basis of a marriage. Does it violate the morality of marriage; it depends on the individuals involved. I've always felt like the "we have sex with other people but we're both aware" is a cop-out for the sake of staying married. If I'm married and have to have sex with other women then theres no point in us being married.
