As far as I know, depending on which ankle it's worn, if you have a wedding ring and your bracelet is on your left ankle it means you are available for sex with a man other than your husband. Mine has HW and a QUEEN of SPADES Charm on it and it's on my right ankle. It means I'm a Hot Wife available for other men and BBC. Left is free to date. Right is for Black Men.
