Have you ever gotten nipple rings, genital piercings, any tattoos or any other kind of surgery (breast augmentation/reduction, tummy tuck, etc.) In order to attract african lovers, or to gain additional self esteem to go after african lovers.

I/we would love to hear what kind(s) of procedures, and what each procedure meant or hoped to accomplish.
