I think that of the women you speak of, many of them would be open to dating a black man. They typically are pretty open minded, and very liberal in their beliefs.

IMO most al WW are open to making love with BM. I know I wouldnt consider having a serious relationship with a WW that wasnt into BBC. Trouble is most WM want their women to be seeded by BM.
