No. Piercing of one's parts may be attractive to some but not all. So. why do something that may eleminate opportunities for you. Staying away from doing things that reduce your opportunities is a good idea. :D

I hope you know enough about your body to realize how foolish this question sounds. If I'm wrong and you really mean your clit and not the hood, have at it.
