I’ve noticed that not too many ladies in the chat room are eager to cam. I was wondering what the pros and cons are from a women's perspective. 🥂

Just speaking for me, i get approached a ton by guys in chat rooms. The opportunity to be on cam is immense. It would be ridiculous to cam with them all. I've cammed with maybe 10 men in the past year and ended up meeting 2 of them. So for me, it's a matter of making choices - hopefully good choices.
