I don't know if it helps your situation at all, but I will tell you that I didn't give BBC a thought until after my divorce, so I'm a late-to-the-game enthusiast myself. Here is my two cents, first is she in a serious relationship, engaged or happily married if yes to any of those then the answer is don't do it. Why would you want to be responsible for ruining someone else's happiness. If no, too those questions then ask her how she feels toward interracial dating (I to think it's a little creepy to just spring it on her). I think it's also a good idea to introduce her to some of your black friends in a public social environment and let her make up her own mind.

I think your sister should decide for herself when she's ready for it. She's bound to feel it.
