How to get blacked in the US?

I know the thread title is silly...
but i am a hubby that would like my wife to be blacked.
She will be in business trip in DC area, and she is european and it will be her second visit to the US of A...

I wonder how easy it could be ?
I wonder if there is trick/behavor to make gentlemen uderstand that you might be interestd.
I do know that she fancy black men, and a taste for East Afriacan.

Being from the north US is way easier to find blacks. But it it depends on her looks too

She have a crush on mr Idris Elba, and she enjoy Massai (she did travel 1 2 tiems in Kenya).

She would be staying a week in Washingthon. And i wonder how to make her stay confortable, if she waant ( i will not be there).

I would suggest she look for large gatherings at African embassies or at universities that relate to African culture especially music and dancing. Also look for upscale nightclubs with black patrons.

Well I know for a fact adultfriendfinder has real people with real pics and detailing their desires.

Other dating sites pretend that no one wants sex, which is dishonest of course. They limit what you can say and the explicit pictures you can post.
