Antiquated idea
That whole "one drop" rule is soo 19th century, it has been relegated to the back of most progressive thinking peoples' minds. Mixed race people are just seen as such, mixed. End of story. I've seen a mixed couple, black wife/white husband, at a family reunion whom had two sons that were both very Dark skin. I mean you could not even tell they had a white father, but he still embraced them. Genetics are indeed a wonder. And black DNA has some of the strongest characteristics
