Default The first time you gave birth to an interracial child

I haven't been lucky enough yet to witness a white girl giving birth to a black baby. I hope I will some day but I was wondering how you women felt the first time you gave birth to a black baby. How it felt to lay there on the maternity bed or where ever with your legs open, and to see that darker skinned child pushing out of your body. Knowing that in that child was both you and the genes of the black man that impregnated you. Only real experiances please, keep the made up stuff for the story section

That's beautiful. It doesn't matter how shocked they are. Eventually they'll learn it's what they'll be seeing a lot more of.

Default How did I feel?

She was my first child, and I felt the intense pain and the intense joy that all mothers feel, but yes, there were the added feelings of knowing this was a black child, and they were powerful indeed. My second husband was black, and this was his baby. I felt good about what I was doing, I felt it was right to marry a blackman and make black babies . . . In the end I cried in joy
