I actually saw some stats not too long ago . . . it's not as "chocolate" as it used to be . . . it's 50% black, about 40% white, and about 10% other. And the black population is steadily declining as more and more blacks move to the suburbs while more and more whites move into "gentrified" city neighborhoods. So, the black population of The District is way down from it's all-time high of 70% and continuing to fall.



Reminds me of a funny cartoon I saw in a paper once. In pane one everybody is living in the city. Whites move to first outer suburb . . . blacks move to first outer suburb. Whites move to second outer suburb . . . blacks move to second outer suburb. Whites move to third outer suburb . . . blacks move to third outer suburb. Whites move back to the city and proclaim . . . IT WORKED !!! I live in the first outer burbs my own damn self I wised up to the "game" right quick hehehe )

Lol ThickND, I believe I've seen that cartoon before.. We don't have suburbs like that here, guess the area is just to small, so that means we all live together..
