If a notary public is willing to notarize it in front of both assignees it very well could be legal. But I highly doubt either one of you would be willing to contest the agreement in your local superior court house. Imagine appearing on national TV in front of Judge Judy on the legality if one decides to breach the agreement. show ratings would go off the charts on this one. Might even set a new precedent, {Whore slave vs. BB Bull}
If it's not and you both agree to sign it then live by it on your own accord.
