I'm from a rural/small town area where a HS graduation class is maybe 100 students. In one class there were about 5 girls that had 11 babies by black fathers. I think all three daughters in one family got knocked up by black guys. You can talk about taboo and rebellion and big cocks, etc., but I think a lot of the reason why young black guys are doing so well with small town white girls is that hip-hop and rap is so prevalent in the culture. Even white boys look and act like black boys, so white girls are going for "the real thing" rather than wannabees.
