Default Why you need orgasm !!

Are orgasms good for you? Yes! Yes! Yes!
The multiple health benefits of the Big O

Healthy sex life ... orgasms ease arthritis, PMS and reduce cancer risk

N orgasm a day really does keep the doctor away.
The Big O creates a natural chemical reaction that’s better for your health and wellbeing than any pill.
It has been proven to beat stress and depression, relieve pain and reduce your risk of breast and prostate cancer.
But new research has now revealed that one in three women rarely, or never, has one. Scientists in New Jersey have been scanning women’s brains as they approach, experience and recover from an orgasm. They hope their findings, posted on YouTube, show what goes wrong in women who can’t climax.
But did you know there are 11 different types?
Here, US psychologist MARINE BALFOUR reveals them all.
1. THE G-SPOT
DURING sexual arousal the tissue surrounding the urethra becomes engorged with blood and the glands around it fill with prostatic fluid.
This area on the front wall of the vagina becomes the mysterious and highly-sensitive G-spot.
Marine says: “This is actually very similar to male arousal. As a result, the urethral sponge becomes ‘erect’ and if you touch it, it feels firm.
“It’s a kind of female erection. The only difference is that it all happens inside a woman’s vagina.”
2. THE QUICKIE O
THIS orgasm is the result of clitoral stimulation.
Marine says: “The clitoris is the most sensitive area of the female body because it has a lot of nerve endings.
“If you are a man, imagine all the nerve endings in the penis poured into an area as small as a pea.
“The clitoris is so important to receiving pleasure that sexual arousal is always felt there on some level. That is why the clitoris is so responsive to certain kinds of touch.”
This is the most common type of orgasm experienced by women but it’s not the same for everyone.
Marine adds: “Sensitivity varies greatly from woman to woman. Some women prefer a light touch, others require stronger stimulation.”
3. THE LAZY O
THIS kind of orgasm takes longer to achieve and rhythmic thrusting is often the best way to get there.
Marine says: “This kind of female orgasm begins in the vagina and either stays focused in the pelvic and lower stomach areas or spreads from there.
“Many women describe it as less intense but more deeply felt. Again, it will differ from person to person.”

4. TANTRIC ORGASM
THIS rare kind of orgasm results in female ejaculation.
Marine explains: “The idea is that it releases negative emotions and fills a woman with a light, euphoric energy and a feeling of fulfilment and peace. It is very profound.”
5. THE A-SPOT
THIS is the anterior fornix orgasm and is usually achieved by deep stimulation of the vagina.
Marine says: “It is the same wall where the G-spot is situated. In other words, this is a patch of sensitive tissue at the inner front end of the vaginal tube, between the cervix and the bladder.”
You can achieve this with deep thrusting during sex, probably in the missionary position.
6. DEEP SPOT ORGASM
THIS kind of orgasm is achieved by stimulating the area located almost all the way back in the deepest part of the back wall of the vagina, just before the cervix. It’s called the posterior fornix or “deep spot”.
Marine says: “Direct stimulation can cause very intense orgasms. This particular area is not widely known, so very few women have ever experienced those sensations.”
7. THE U-SPOT
MARINE says: “This kind of female orgasm comes from the stimulation of a small area of sensitive erectile tissue located just above and on either side of the urethral opening.
“It is in the small area between the urethra and the vagina. If this region is gently caressed there is a powerful erotic response.”
8. THE BIG BREAST O
THE nipples can connect to nerves in the female genitals — and stimulate an orgasm.
Marine says: “This type occurs during a peak of stimulation to the breasts.
Many women feel a direct connection with their clitoris when their nipples are stimulated. Some feel increased sexual excitement when their nipples are stimulated but not all of them can experience the breast orgasm.
“This depends very much on how sensitive their nipples are.”
9. THE ORAL ORGASM
MARINE says: “It’s rare but the mouth plays a big role in the sexual nervous system.
“The mouth orgasm can take place during any sensual oral activity such as kissing, licking, sucking or performing oral sex. But you have to be very sensitive for it to happen.
“Many women describe the excitement as beginning in their lips and then spreading from the mouth to the genitals and all over the body.”
10. THE SKIN ORGASM
TOUCHING a woman’s skin, during a massage or even a facial, could bring her to orgasm.
Marine says: “It happens when you touch a part of the body not directly connected to the sexual nervous system.”

11. PORN-WATCHING O
THIS happens when a woman is stimulated by a magazine, TV or a film.
Marine says: “Women become so turned on that they actually experience an orgasm from this excitement alone.”

10 reasons to have a big one

1. GLOWING SKIN: LADY Gaga has credited “orgasms, lots of orgasms” as the secret to her glowing, youthful skin.
“Orgasms increase blood flow to the skin by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, causing blood vessels in the skin to open up, creating a flushed look,” says cosmetic dermatologist Dr Mervyn Patterson.
And in the lead-up to the main event, your body releases bucketloads of DHEA, an anti-ageing steroid hormone that keeps you looking young.
2. FORGET ECHINACEA AND VITAMIN C: Orgasms may result in fewer colds. Having sex once or twice a week is linked with higher levels of Immunoglobulin A, or IgA, an antibody in your saliva that helps your immune system to fight off bugs.
3. BETTER THAN A SLEEPING PILL: Research has found that the oxytocin released during an orgasm promotes sleep.
4. SORE HEAD? NO EXCUSE: A headache should no longer be an excuse for not participating. Dr Beverly Whipple, the neuropsychologist who first coined the term G-spot in the late Seventies, says that women who stimulated this area and reached orgasm increased their pain threshold by 107 per cent.
5. PROTECT YOUR HEART: Britain’s first orgasm coach, Dr Lisa Turner, says: “If you don’t want to have a heart attack, have an orgasm.
“A study in Israel found women with a higher incidence of heart disease had fewer orgasms and vice versa.”
6. BEAT STRESS: During orgasm, the brain releases a cocktail of endorphins, including serotonin, a key ingredient in Prozac.
Prolactin is also released, says Ashley Grossman from the University of Oxford, which has a “calming effect”. British researchers also found that regular orgasms can lower blood pressure and stress.

7. FIGHTS PROSTATE CANCER: Sex has special benefits for men, especially those aged over 40. Research has shown that regular sex is important when it comes to the prevention of prostate cancer later in life.
It cleanses the prostate gland as semen is expelled during an orgasm.
It also bolsters levels of testosterone, which may help to protect the heart.
8. PROLONG LIFE: Couples who make love at least three times a week appeared on average ten years younger than those who had sex twice a week or less, according to a study.
Dr David Weeks, a neuropsychologist from the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, said: “It makes us happy and produces chemicals that directly enhance the body and mind.”
9. BATTLE BREAST CANCER: Researchers in Greece found that both men and women who rarely have an orgasm are around 25 per cent more likely to be diagnosed with breast cancer.
10. RELIEVE PAIN: A study carried out in New Jersey looked at women with conditions such as arthritis and whiplash – and they found that women who had regular orgasms were better able to cope with the pain.
