Oops~ guess I did in a round about way. Lol. 💋 Just playing. I know what you mean about warm and wet. My point was that tea/water has to be way hotter than just warm.

Yes, replace "warm" with "hot"...add water...rinse and repeat. I think that the humanitarian in me didn't want to see anyone scald themselves, so I said "warm" instead of "hot". I still recommend the technique though but, as Alley points out, you need to achieve a temperature higher than an already hot mouth.
So just like an awful joke that's been over-explained, my little story sounds a little less inviting because of this verbose procedural detail.
