And I really started noticing it recently. I think it is from the Six Mixalot Song Baby Got Back. I always assumed it was from that song and never thought twice about it. I'm pretty sure that is the origin.

Good chance it's from Rebecca-- Jewish girls were know to prefer interracial relationships more than most, and Rebecca is a Jewish name. In my own travels, I've noticed that Jewish girls are markedly less inhibited than others.
