I was approaching them(white women) even before I knew how curious they might be; due to my curiosity I suppose

It depends on the woman. If she has the kind of [juicy thighs-fat ass] body I like, then I'll approach her, but I won't chase her; If she doesn't then she would have to do the work.
I won't chase ANY female 100%, just because there's so many women of all ethnicities that want to fuck. So if she's one of those that want to be chased 100% I pass.

I approach them not in public but when I go to swinger clubs and parties. I prefer for the women to make a little eye contact with me first before i approach her because I am laid back and not aggressive at all. It's all about finding the willing.

Personally I never make the first move, I wait for him to approach me. I would give hints that I am interested, like making eye contact and smiling, but then it would be up to him to make the first move

I do not have a problem letting a man know straight up I'm interested and what I want....

If I want a man I'll move closer to him and make eye contact, but I want him to make the next move, if he speaks to me I'll guide the conversation towards what I want.
