Sorry, but that's not how evolution works. Any guy "programmed" to let his wife screw around for breeding purposes would have been bred out of the population a few million years ago. The currently prevailing theory for why a man would permit or enjoy his wife's adulterous affairs is that the man is using the experience to "trick" his own arousal system into thinking he has "caught" her cheating. The biological response to finding your woman has been with another guy is to put your own sex urges into overdrive to reduce the chance she will get pregnant by the other guy.
