can't view videos or clips
 

I have webtv, and can only view mpegs.
I wish some of the clips were mpegs.

We have triple checked our billings' stats.

Also we have posted you reply via email.

There are no any transactions from you.

Please, you should try to upgrade your account again. Upon successful transaction you will receive an email from our billing with your member id and confirmation and your account would be automatically, instantly upgraded.

Transaction will appear on your bank statement as Epoch * Sysgenix or CCBill * Sysgenix (depends on the billing you use).

Why I can not see videos. I do not want to see the compllete video

i want to watch videos

It depents on what kind of account you have. Is it a free account, you only can see movies from maximum 2 minutes.

why cant i just go to search and put in the name of the person/profile im looking for? the search on here suck's..:o:

First of all could you please describe how is the "Profile search" associated with "Video views"?

Second, search profile via username is as simple as possible.. You should set most wide parameters like "any", exclude "with content submitted" and just input the username in the form.. and voila..

Please send us troubleshoot report to diagnose your problem, also please describe in details the behaviour
