I can definitely see it is becoming more common for white women from small towns desiring black men. Being in the military, I see it all the time. Young white females in the military who I know are from some small town almost all of them quickly hook up with a black guy. They definitely have the desire, and the biggest incentive is that, being in the military, and away from home and family, they find themselves with the perfect opportunity to indulge in their desires for black men.

Yeah, I think the fact that small town girls in a big city can be anonymously be in the city, makes it easier for them to "date" black guys. All white girls (whether from the city or small town) have the "desire" to be "owned" by black guys - even if it's just for the sex.
