Cant get into Chat Rooms

Default Cant get into Chat Rooms
When I try to get into the chat room it always says Authentication fails when I put in my user name and password. Does anyone know why this would be?

make sure your adobe flash player is working for some reason mine was deleted off my computer and I had to reinstall it
