When we had the talk
In the beginning, I was following Peggy’s Guide to Getting Her To Go Black, or whatever it was that was (is?) posted on the Dark Cavern website. (I hope that it isn’t a problem to mention another website here, but most of them have a similar text to Peggy’s Guide- an eight step program designed to introduce the wife to black sexing.) When I got hard reading it for the first time, I knew that I was going to try it out on Mary. I could always pull it back if I got freaked out or things spun out of my control. Almost unconsciously, I began following the steps to the letter.
I found that it wasn’t hard to re-focus the sexual energy within our marriage. As it evolved our movie watching progressed from romantic, soft core porn, (Never watched together before) towards a bit more aggressive interracially themed titles, just as the Guide suggested. all along, she seemed equally curious, willing to move forward. Each time, I gave her everything, but withheld insertion.
I remember the night that I brought home Behind The Green Door. After I made her come, she really had a lot of questions about it. She noticed where this was going (though she had it sort of wrong) and I had noticed how hard she came when Johnny Keys entered Marilyn Chambers.
That is when we had the talk, laid a whole bunch of cards on the table. It was a beautiful and honest talk, one where some solemn promises were made. We even cried a bit. But the next weekend, after a visit to her ob/gyn, we were in a club known for the possibility of meeting available, interested, black males. And Mary was dangled at arm’s length.
