Being gay or lesbian means that you are attracted to the same sex on a chemistry level so if a gay guy sees a woman there is no physical or mental attraction besides friendship and vice versa for lesbians. It only makes you gay or lesbian "IF" and only if you could see yourself falling in love with the person of opposite sex, otherwise it is just harmless fun. So no sucking dick, getting your dick suck, or assplay in general does not make you gay lol

As for bisexuals they are in the middle since they are attracted to both sexes but the same rule applies. If you do not have "ANY" attraction then it is just harmless sex.

To the comment about woman and gay sex, A lot of women do find it to be a turn on for some weird reason lol but as stated by Ally not every woman gets wet from it.
