We lived in subdivision not far from some "low rent" apartments. Before my daughter was old enough to date, she met some black boys at the apartments- and she would visit them there. I spoke to one of the boys and told him that he could come and visit her at our house, and see what her bedroom looked like...I said "you can do whatever you want with her while you're here"- and he began to have visits. she lost her virginity well before she had her first "date".
