Women are emotion driven. I believe you can still get her back if she loved you before.
You can't have an open relationship if you want to keep her.
Maybe talk to her about how you both met. She will remember, and smile at the very least. Try to regain what was lost. She wanted you at some point in the past, and that's still in you. You can be the same man, just older.
If you want to keep her, it's going to be work. You will do it if you still want her.
