Please, you should try to upgrade your account again. Upon successful transaction you will receive an email from our billing with your member id and confirmation and your account would be automatically, instantly upgraded.
Transaction will appear on your bank statement as Epoch * Sysgenix or CCBill * Sysgenix (depends on the billing you use).
