It's very easy to tell the difference between someone who is a native English speaker and one whose primary language is something else. I don't think anyone's issue is with those people. The issue is with those who were born and raised somewhere here in the US and still can't speak and write proper English. Unfortunately, in those cases it is a DIRECT correlation to the intelligence of the person.

If you can't figure out when to use "their" instead of "they" then chances are you are just not very bright.
