Everyone seems to have their own definition of "BDSM". I usually refer to my interests as D/s or F/m. But I'm figuring that a woman must have at least a little sadism in her if she likes to dominate, top, or adminster discipline/physical pain to males. (Like whipping his ass with a strap.) And a male probably has at least a little masocism in him if he submits to any sort of pain. (Like having his ass whipped with a strap...or having his dick teased and denied.)
Just my thoughts, of course.
Could you expand on what you meant by saying " never S&M" please?
