In Afrcia overall there is a HUGE problem with AIDS and a even bigger problem with the ignorant leaderships in many of the states in Africa (one health minister even claimed that having sex with a virgin stopped AIDS, causing thousands of raped kids). And many of these infected African males are travelling around the world looking for work and money, some get sex with women in Europe an USA who forget the AIDS issue and belive it to be racism to ask for a rubber of a black man during sex.
Sorry, but it aint nothing as safe sex with a stranger except "holding hands".
