That is a huge part of the visual attraction and it does have limits. As for the sex, what matters is that the erection is hard and is used well. Doesn't matter how well you're dressed if you can't dance. All else the same, a thicker one that is a bit above average in length is very nice. Above 9"? Don't know what one does with the rest of it, if you are a woman of normal proportions.
