In a Perfect World
If there weren't STIs out there in the wild, this would be a reasonable question. Anyone with common sense isn't going to take cum inside them from some guy who's not exclusive and not vetted for many months. It's just plain foolish with no defense. Yes, it would be nice and great, but just isn't happening in a casual play date unless you really have no idea of the risk or are on a kamikaze mission.
