A. get on cam in cam chat
B. PM Mustang(you could also try anyone that has been verified and have them tell Mustang) your skype info and a time to meet up on there
i believe there's a list of real people somewhere she's maintaining on these forums but i forgot where
personally i think its easier to just hop on cam in cam chat but to each his own
