Not fresh out the box.
Has to be somewhere in the middle.. Never too inexperienced or *thinks he's over experienced, which at that age can be confused with cockiness.  I like them willing to learn and eager to please so I find the middle works best for me.
Cubs ❤️ y'all are my one major weakness. Especially with certain ones in mind!!!
