I'm a black male that is married and wife is out of state. I'm looking to rent a room from a fit -avg white cpl while i am working down here in Charleston,SC looking to pay between 350-450 monthly. I work a 9-5 job but i sometimes go in early to beat traffic. Very neat /ocdish so no worries about having a clean room or picking up after myself. Would like the place to be in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I do workout everyday as well. Would like to also get to know the couple as well so a fwb would be nice too.
