My experience
I have been with women who had never had an orgasm before. One in particular that I remember had been married for more than five years and she was amazed that she had one the first time that we had sex. I can remember her saying that was the first time THAT had happened. We both thought it was funny. I even remember her saying that now she understood why her girlfriends thought sex was such a big deal - because she could take it or leave it before that experience. She later had multiples with me and she loved that even more. She never did squirt and to this day, I'm not sure if squirting is something that any woman can do under the right circumstances or if some can and some can't.
