Another one would be the late Jean Afrique / Jeannette Starrion. She was originally a penthouse Pet who later met and did IR porn with Ray Victory. They married and had 2 sons, but I read that the children were somehow removed from their household and put into foster care, presumably due to their parents livelihood (they were also doing live sex shows).
