My thought
Speaking from my white guy perspective, it started out with the shock value as the reason I watched. Kinda like a car wreck. You don't NEED to look and you don't WANT to look but dammit you CAN'T KEEP from looking. Then after awhile you get used to it and the shock aspect is no longer there but gradually it becomes something you enjoy more and more until it gets to the point that the contrast is something SO DAMN BEAUTIFUL you can't imagine sex should be any other way than that.
