wow! I sure feel welcome :( The guy "barking" orders is my best friend and camera man, who ONLY holds the camera. I get nervous and tend to over think things. My insecurities can inhibit me. His "barking" helps keep me in the moment and not worry if I am too old or have a blemish on my ass....
