Your best bet is as stated before (Hedo I,2 or 3); which are all adult/erotic resorts, just bear in mind that many of the locals cannot afford or access the hotel as non-paying guests, so don't count on finding many there, however there will be many other guests like yourself.... also, the Sandals group where you will be staying are as far as I remember Couples only Hotel, and the type of activity you are seeking might be very limited...
