As a Las Vegas local, any of the "mainstream" clubs should be fine. Any one of the nightclubs in the main strip casinos will work. Most play a mix of house,club, dance music etc. Check online, sometimes they have a Hip/hop night or other special events. Some people have told me they liked the Crown nightclub located at the Rio, but others said it was "ghetto" so your mileage may vary.
If your wife is attractive and willing you won't have any trouble at just about any one the more popular clubs on any given weekend. Weeknights, Mon-Thur might require a little more advance planning. Have fun!
