Maybe you misplaced them? A quick look and I found the looking for a "BBC thug visiting" thread. If you want I can bump it up for you but you do not have to be VIP to post a looking ad, if that was the case then hell that area would have very few post.

To be honest I don't see the site pushing membership fees. It's there if you want it. The end. No pop ups or bs like that. Least not on my end.

Haven't been lucky on ILI yet...but not for lack of trying!...have done quite well on other sites enough to keep some great repeat hookups who have become wonderful friends! I am still here on a steady basis, my thinking is you have to plant a few seeds before you are a success at farming.
