I’m not a female but I have both of mine pierced and I’m bi and a bottom, yes it makes your nipples more sensitive and it will turn you on. Every black man I have been with loved them. The pain isn’t too bad but they will be sore and takes, well it took mine about 8wks to heal. However, everyone is different when it comes to healing.

I was initially pierced with 14 gauge and while healing switched to 12. Just a bit of discomfort, by 6 months I had 8 gauge jewelry fitted

I believe I will do it--Go with the 18 gage Barbells. Gold would be best I think. My BF says I should get a bra with holes for the nipples so they will show better. Maybe I will, I am a bit of an exhibitionist.
