no, u don't have ur facts straight... during the civil rights movement (40 years ago)... most whites, meaning at least 3/4 of them, were against the unequal treatment of blacks but they did not do much to stop it I admit... That is why Dr. King convinced the blacks to engage in nonviolent protests (so the middle whites would see the injustice more clearly and do something about it.. read his letter from birmingham jail.. My point is that even 40 years ago the majority of whites did not hate blacks, some red necks maybe but not the majority... I am not trying to keep you quiet. I will listen to what you have to say... Lol.. I never said that I was all knowing... Actually, I have taken tests that indicate that I have slight racial preferences towards whites as well, so you could technically call me a racist... many blacks in this country however also have a racial preference for whites, it is just due to our history, predominantly european culture, and the way the media depicts people in this country... The word ignorant was used correctly bc many people have not learned the ture history of our country and have not thought critically about what it means to be black here...
